These structures are approved by council to be rented out to 'related or unrelated' persons. This means that (along with some other requirements) our customers are able to make double the income from their rentals.

GRANNY FLATS & ANNEXED UNITS

 

In 2012, Mark Wilson Design and Build started our annexed unit builds. Our clients use these annexed units to build a totally legal and council approved rental income. Other uses include housing teenagers and their partners, the grandparents or relatives on a holiday and looking for a place to stay.



We also package these with rental homes to create a cash flow of up to $200 per week positively geared. Whatever your need, these granny flat packages are just for you. DOUBLE INCOME RENTALS

 

Mark Wilson Design and Build began building split level homes as an investment in 2010. We found this to be extremely successful. Over $150 a week positively geared  successful.



These split level homes are a dual-occupancy rental, with a tenant upstairs and another downstairs, using our annexed unit method. These homes are designed from the ground up with this purpose in mind, which means we can soundproof, design car parks, mail services, electrical, phone and gas services from the beginning. Reducing costs and maximising return.
